Experience: 15+ yearsArea of Responsibilities- Establish Infosys Foundation as a leader in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Sustainability categories. - Form and/or nurture collectives and partnerships oversee operations and activities like budgeting, fund release, account receivables, resource allocations, confirmations, and invoicing for the initiative. - Focus on building relationships with ecosystem value chain including Grant makers, government, strategic NGOs, beneficiaries by articulating value, identify opportunities to build synergy, managing expectations, providing regular status updates. - Create a professional and process driven approach for long term impact at scale, creating legacy, bringing systemic change. - Interface with NGOs and external agencies to gain a seamless understanding of the ecosystem, learn from and contribute to these networks. - Brand building and communicationExperience & Professional requirements:- Established credentials and exposure to the CSR space, - Having experience at corporates with in program managing collectives will be essential. - Experience of handling complex multi stakeholder projects, project planning and execution - Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders. - Proficiency in usage of MS office tools - Demonstrated experience in nurturing external networks. - Knowledge of local language could be advantageous.
