Description : Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and flexible technical solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.- Design data models, security models, and integration architectures between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.- Manage solution documentation, data migration strategies, and system scalability.- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend relevant enhancements.Required Technical Skills :- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).- Sound understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes.- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and design patterns.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.Must-Have Qualifications : - Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (or higher preferred).- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM transformation projects.- Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution presentation.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.Good to Have : - Experience with Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or AI-driven Salesforce tools.- Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).- Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).
