Job Title:Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer Location:Flexible / Hybrid Department:Global CybersecurityRole Overview We are seeking aSenior Auth0 CIAM Engineerto design, implement, and manageCustomer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)solutions usingAuth0 . This role is critical in securing customer access across our global B2B and B2C applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital, Marketing, and Security, to ensure seamless and secure digital experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Deploy and manageAuth0 tenantsand configuration settings. Develop and optimize authentication flows usingrules, hooks, and actions . Integrate Auth0 with applications usingSAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect . Connect backend systems such asdatabases, SAP, and ecommerce platforms . Automate deployments usingCI/CD pipelines . Monitor systemsecurity, performance, and health metrics . SupportAWS IoT integrationswith secure identity management. Provide training and guidance toDigital teamson Auth0 best practices. Requirements Technical Expertise 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withAuth0 . CertifiedOkta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0) Developer . Deep understanding ofOAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols . Experience implementingMFAandpasswordless authentication . Solid grasp ofZero Trust architectureprinciples. Proficient inJavaScriptfor custom Auth0 development (rules, hooks, actions). Scripting knowledge inPythonorPowerShell . Strong API integration andAPI securityskills, including rate limiting. Ability to fine-tuneperformance and scaleidentity services. Platform & Tool Knowledge Experience withbackend databases(SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity withSAP systemsandecommerce platforms . Hands-on experience withCI/CD toolssuch as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Fluent inEnglish , both written and spoken.
