Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. This role will involve collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to communicate complex insights in a clear, business-oriented manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets related to student performance, attendance, and other key educational metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track educational outcomes and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of educational interventions.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Work with CRM systems to understand, manage, and generate detailed reports to support brand and marketing efforts.
  • Pull, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems to provide insights that enhance the admissions and marketing processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices in data management.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in educational data analysis, CRM technology, and related tools.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including report generation and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
