Technical Leadership : - Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.Architecture and Design : - Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems based on business requirements.- Implement best practices for code architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.Development and Coding : - Hands-on development using .NET Core to build robust and scalable applications.- Expertise in SQL for designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.- Work with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and other data storage technologies as needed.- Utilize AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge, to develop serverless applications.Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets business requirements.- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. AWS Services : - Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services, such as Lambda and Event Bridge, to build scalable and efficient solutions.- Stay updated on the latest AWS features and best practices. Problem Solving : - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team as needed.- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions to improve overall system functionality.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Lead .NET Core Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL.- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.- Experience with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
