Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, fostering technical innovation, and delivering robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise in full-stack development, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of complex full-stack applications (Node.js for backend, React.js for frontend).

- Create detailed technical documentation and program specifications for junior developers.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to support their professional growth.

- Collaborate with tech architects to define and implement system architecture.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies and assess their feasibility.

- Assign tasks effectively, monitor team progress, and manage workloads.

- Contribute to work estimation and project planning.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Required Technical Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js.

- Strong expertise in React.js.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases.

- Familiarity with Redis caching solutions.

- Knowledge of AWS services (a plus).

- Understanding of streaming services like Kafka (a plus).

Experience & Education :

- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Prior experience leading and mentoring technical teams (a plus).

- Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the Fintech domain (a plus).

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
