Job Description:

  • Hardware board/High speed PCB design. Preferably with Automotive Microcontroller based boards etc.
  • Mainly looking for Hardware board design engineer and PCB design engineer with hands on experience in Altium designer tool and Cadence allegro, OrCAD.
  • Understand Automotive Microcontroller post silicon validation board requirements, come up with board architecture block diagram, component selection, Schematic design, PCB layout guidelines, Layout design and review.
  • Experience with designing High voltage boards (upto 90V) for Battery Management Systems (BMS) with current sensing, cell balancing, voltage monitoring with 48V battery pack (Li-ion Battery Management system).
  • Need to have experience in designing PCBs with High voltage up to 90V for Battery Management systems + Digital interfaces with 5V/3.3V in same board.
  • Designed mixed signal boards with Digital + Analog + Power supply related components
  • Good understanding of multi-layer PCB stackup, high speed routing guidelines, impedance requirements. etc.
  • Experience with interfaces like CAN, I2C, SPI, UART/ISO UART, USB, HDMI, Ethernet, external memories (NOR/NAND), power supplies (LDO, DC-DC converters), PSOC, Module, driver boards etc..
  • Knowledge on High-speed interfaces, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity would be an added advantage.
  • Schematic design tool: Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
  • Should be able to work in PCB layout designs also along with schematics design.
