We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crewAbout the Role :- As an Applied Scientist, you'll develop and implement AI/ML models that enhance our core financial products and improve customer experience. Your analytical skills will help extract valuable insights from data to optimize our product offerings, drive innovation, and support strategic business decisions in the competitive financial services landscape.Roles and responsibilities:Build and implement AI/ML models for data-driven insights and personalized financial recommendationsCollaborate with other Applied scientists to improve modeling techniques and drive AI innovationAssist in developing ML solutions aligned with business objectives and market opportunitiesTransform business problems into intelligent data science approaches that deliver measurable valueWork with product and engineering teams to integrate intelligent models into our technology stackPresent complex analyses and model outputs to various stakeholdersApply appropriate AI technologies based on business requirements and emerging trendsWhat is needed for this role:3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligenceProficiency in basic MLOps tools, TensorFlow/PyTorchKnowledge of fundamental machine learning techniquesExperience with modern AI stack will be an advantageExperience contributing to AI/ML projects from design through implementation, to solve real-world problems with business impactMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.Experience in fintech or financial services is beneficial but not requiredWhy you should work with us:We like people who behave like owners, and we place a high regard on those who take ownership and see projects through to completion.We take pleasure in tackling meaningful problems by understanding pain points and developing intuitive experiences that delight customers.We appreciate those who can participate in healthy conflict and are able to commit to every decision as if it were their own.
