We're Hiring: IT Project Lead Location:Baroda / Pune Type:Full-time, Permanent Shift Timings : UK hours ( 01:30 pm IST to 10:15 pm IST )We're on the lookout for an experiencedIT Project Leadto become the central point of coordination for all software development activity within our organization. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between our UK-based management team and on-ground developers Maintain and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met Oversee the development work list and prioritise tasks in collaboration with management Support the capture, clarification, and transformation of business requirements into deliverables Chair sprint planning, stand-ups, and regular progress reviews Monitor progress, risks, and issues—ensuring transparency and timely intervention Promote a structured, process-driven culture while fostering creativity and teamwork Communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing Assist in resource planning and optimise team capacity for delivery Drive continuous improvement in tools, practices, and workflows If you're ready to lead impactful projects while making a genuine difference in delivery excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Person Specification: Minimum 3 years’ commercial experiencein project scheduling, backlog management and IT project coordination. Solid understanding ofsoftware development lifecyclesand Agile methodologies Proven ability tomanage multiple priorities and stakeholderswhilst maintaining attention to detail. Highly organised, analytical and structured in approach to problem-solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , able to liaise effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences. Competent in the use ofproject management tools(e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Proactive, delivery-focused and committed to supporting team success. Desirable: Previous experience working in asoftware development environment . Familiarity withrequirements gatheringand business analysis. Professional certifications(Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
