Qualifications:

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our customers out of Chennai, India. This candidate will be supporting the organization in the roll out of their North American insurance product. As a Business Analyst on this team, you will be working cross functionally with the teams sitting in NA to gather requirements, making sure they are clear and concise, and delivering them to the developers and testers on the team as well as running and owning workshops. This position requires this person to report onsite 50% of the month.

  • Analyze business requirements related to Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows
