You will be responsible for:

  • Salesforce Administration knowledge

  • Relevant certifications in CRM or Salesforce will be an advantage


The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a CRM Manager or Customer Service role, ideally within the Insurance, Real Estate and Retail Banking industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
