Strategic Marketing Lead - B2B IT Services

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and visionary Strategic Marketing Lead to drive growth in our B2B IT services vertical. This is a senior-level position focused on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading market research, positioning, brand development, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies that attract, engage, and convert enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B IT services.

- Align marketing objectives with company-wide business goals to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

- Define and monitor KPIs across campaigns and continuously optimize for performance and ROI.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Analyze customer personas, decision-making journeys, and buying behavior in the IT services sector.

Brand and Positioning:

- Strengthen Rudra's brand identity and positioning in the global B2B IT services landscape.

- Craft clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for different service lines and target industries.

Campaign Management & Demand Generation:

- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ABM, digital, email, webinars, content) to drive qualified leads.

- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with pipeline and conversion goals.

Content Strategy:

- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and sales collateral.

- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Executive teams to ensure unified customer experience and alignment of marketing efforts.

- Provide marketing insights and support for business development efforts and proposal creation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B marketing within an IT services/software development environment.

- Strong foundation in strategic marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.

- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for tech services and solutions.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.

- Ability to develop compelling messaging frameworks and content for a technical and business audience.

- Demonstrated success in demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
