Sobha - IT Project Manager - ERP & CRM System

Role Overview :We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Lead to oversee and drive multiple technology initiatives across the organization. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing ERP & CRM systems, supervising custom application development, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering robust reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring IT strategy is aligned with organizational goals, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :Project Leadership :- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Business Collaboration :- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve gaps, streamline processes, and deliver value.Technology & Applications Management :- Oversee ERP & CRM platforms, including system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.- Supervise development and maintenance of custom applications, reporting tools, and analytical dashboards.- Ensure system scalability, data accuracy, and process efficiency.Governance & Compliance :- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data privacy policies.Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ IT professionals across development, testing, and support functions.- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Quality & Continuous Improvement :- Establish best practices in project management, documentation, and change management.- Drive process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Preferred candidate :- Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously- Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management tools, and stakeholder management.- Should have handled team size of 10+ members (ref:hirist.tech)
