Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: UK Time Zone
Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite)
We are looking for a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the automation of Salesforce testing. This is a hands-on role focused on creating test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation
- Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and CI/CD pipelines
- If no Copado → Selenium WebDriver or Playwright experience is acceptable
- Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce, Copado, or ISTQB certifications
- Experience with Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex
