Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: UK Time Zone

Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite)

We are looking for a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the automation of Salesforce testing. This is a hands-on role focused on creating test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
  • Drive CI/CD testing pipelines and optimize QA processes
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation
  • Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and CI/CD pipelines
  • If no Copado → Selenium WebDriver or Playwright experience is acceptable
  • Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus)
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce, Copado, or ISTQB certifications
  • Experience with Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex
