In addition to this, our service is also extended to complement our client's in-house reach.In this Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment within the US market and be comfortable working in a hybrid work model.In US Recruitment, you will:- 3+ years of experience in US Recruitment. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (technical hiring). - Must be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment. - Prior experience in client engagement is preferred. - Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. - Solid understanding of US labor laws, visa processes (e.g., H1B), and tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).What you already have:- A bachelor’s degree with relevant recruitment experience in corporate/executive search firms. - Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle diverse requirements. - Hunger for success, keenness to learn, and aspirations of making an outstanding career in the executive Search/HR domain.Working Hours:This role requires you to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
