Their mission is to empower businesses by leveraging state-of-the-art technology, design innovation and strategic digital marketing to bring ideas to life.Responsibilities : - Meeting your team's shared delivery objectives.- Actively contributing to all team activities and ceremonies.- Understanding product and engineering requirements.- Proposing and agreeing on low-level design and defining implementation tasks.- Writing well-structured, clean and performant code in Java.- Ensuring high code quality with automated test coverage and minimal defects.- Diagnosing and solving customer-impacting issues in production.- Proactively identifying and sharing opportunities for technical and process improvements.- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.- Collaborating with development squads, DevOps, product managers, UI/UX designers and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required : - Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in English (verbal & written).- Ability to write performant, testable and maintainable code in Java and Angular.- 10+ years of commercial Java experience.- 6+ years of commercial Angular development.Proven experience with the Java ecosystem and related tools/frameworks :1. Spring Boot, Spring libraries2. Hibernate3. Maven- Experience building services in stream-based systems such as SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ or Pulsar.- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Skills : - Knowledge of best practices across implementation, build and deployment for Java and Angular applications.- Experience with Angular libraries, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and Material UI.- Fluent in TDD and familiar with BDD.- Working experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Docker and Jenkins.- Strong experience with RESTful services in microservices architectures.- Solid working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.- Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and design patterns.Nice to Have :- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, S3, Rekognition Face Liveness.- Experience with Camunda BPMN.- Bootstrap.- React.Working Conditions : Office-based : 5 days a week in Kochi.
