The Professor and Strategy and Management will be responsible for teaching, research, and service activities within the field of Strategy and Management. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and accomplished academic with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching:Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategy and Management, including core courses and specialized electives.
  • Design and implement innovative teaching methods and assessments.
  • Mentor and advise students, fostering their academic and professional development.
  • Research:Conduct high-quality research in the areas of Strategy and Management, publishing in top-tier academic journals.
  • Secure external funding for research projects.
  • Collaborate with faculty and researchers within the department and across disciplines.
  • Service:Contribute to the department and university through committee work, service on academic review boards, and participation in professional organizations.
  • Engage in outreach activities to the broader community.
  • Advise and mentor students on academic and professional matters.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Strategy, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • A strong record of scholarly publications in top-tier academic journals.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with experience in both undergraduate and graduate education.
  • A commitment to mentoring and advising students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
