The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions that meet our business and client needs.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and develop robust web applications using the MERN stack.Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Design RESTful APIs and work on end-to-end integration of frontend and backend services.Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.Conduct code reviews and participate in system architecture decisions.Handle DevOps tasks such as containerization (Docker), deployments, and CI/CD.Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.Required SkillsFrontend: React.js (Class & Functional Components, Hooks, Redux)JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScriptResponsive UI Design using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, BootstrapBackend: Node.js, Express.jsRESTful API & GraphQL designJWT/OAuth for AuthenticationDatabase: MongoDB, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, MySqlDevOps & Tools: Docker, Git, GitHub/GitLabCI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), GCP or AzureTesting: Jest, Mocha, Cypress or similar testing librariesPreferred SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilityAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAgile/Scrum development experienceExcellent communication and documentation skills
