About the Role We are looking for an experiencedData Management & Governance Leadto design and lead enterprise data strategies across the SAP ecosystem. The role focuses onsolution design, presales advisory, and data architecture , enabling clients to achievetrusted, governed, and integrated data transformationthrough SAP technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Presales & Solution Advisory Lead presales engagements across SAP MDG, BODS, Datasphere, and BTP solutions. Translate client business challenges into value-driven architectures and proposals. Deliver product demos, PoCs, and presentations to CxO and enterprise stakeholders. Collaborate with SAP and internal teams for go-to-market strategy and joint positioning. 2. Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end SAP Data Management & Governance frameworks. Define integrations between SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Datasphere, and non-SAP systems. Lead customer design sessions and RFP solutioning. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, scalability, and data security standards. 3. Value Engineering & Business Case Development Build ROI and TCO models linking data governance to measurable business impact. Present data-driven value propositions aligned to compliance and efficiency goals. Influence decision-making by demonstrating governance maturity benefits. 4. Customer Engagement & Delivery Alignment Act as a trusted advisor for clients on data strategy and governance architecture. Oversee handover from presales to delivery, ensuring scope alignment and quality. Maintain long-term client relationships for expansion and continuous improvement.Core Skills & Competencies Skill AreaExpertise Required SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) -Configuration, data modeling, workflow, data replication SAP Data Services (BODS) -ETL, data integration, data quality management SAP Information Steward -Data profiling, metadata management, lineage SAP Datasphere / DWC -Data modeling, governance integration SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) -Integration suite, data management suite, analytics cloud Integration Experience -SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce, Azure, AWS (Optional) Data Architecture & Modeling -Conceptual, logical, and physical data model design Data Governance Frameworks -DAMA-DMBOK or equivalent Data Quality & Metadata Management -Cleansing, validation, enrichment (Optional) Security & Compliance -GDPR, data masking, authorization models Ideal Candidate Profile 8–15 years of total experience with 5+ years inSAP Data Management & Governance . Strong client-facing, presales, and architecture background. Ability to engage withCxO-level stakeholdersand influence data strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-building skills.
