Job Role: Servicenow HRSD DeveloperExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Pan IndiaMust-HaveTechnical ComptencyExperience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:HR Case ManagementHR Knowledge ManagementEmployee Service Center (Portal)Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)Employee Document ManagementPerformance Analytics for HRIntegration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experienceKnowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testingExperience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSSMust be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSDShould possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processesKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Behavioral competencyEffective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevilyParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)Good-to-HaveServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM ITIL V3/V4 foundation certificationService Certified Application developer[CAD] certification
