Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with business and IS users to understand the business requirements- Understand the SAP readiness check report and its contents from S/4 conversion point of view- Analyse the report findings to suggest the best possible solution to address clients requirements and their pain points- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with client and educate them about S/4 HANA functionality- Creation of design documents, specifications and other artefacts as required from time to time as per project need- Work cohesively with other functional and technical teams involved in delivering the projects- Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team- Own the deliverables and support Project/Program manager in providing the quality inputs and explanations as Experience:- Over-all 8 - 10 years of experience in delivering SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA projects- Has capability to translate business requirements into design and provide the best possible solution- Strong understanding of the Order -to-cash (OTC) business processes and associated Fiori apps to perform the business transactions- Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions to streamline sales and distribution processes in S/4 HANA- A good understanding and experience in implementing SAP Sales functions e.g. Quotation, Contracts, Sales Order, Billing, Revenue recognition etc.- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of the integrations with other Modules like Procurement, Inventory Management, Finance and Controlling, Plant Maintenance etc.- Should be able to lead the discussions with business and IS teams and conduct the workshops confidently- Should have very good communication skills- Good experience in upgrading SAP ECC to S/4 HANA system and know how the functionalities differ in ECC vs S/4 HANA to work with business and IS (ref:hirist.tech)
