Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading SAP FICO implementation projects, managing system configurations, providing technical support, and optimizing SAP functionality to meet business requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead SAP implementation projects, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP modules, and managing project timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to the SAP team, including functional consultants, developers, and analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct system configurations and customizations to meet business process requirements in FICO module
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP system enhancements and improvements.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the integrity and reliability of SAP applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and sales, to streamline business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • FICO- knowledge on Actual and Standard costing, Material ledger, COPA.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with expertise in FICO module
  • Proven track record of leading SAP projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes in procurement, sales, finance, and master data management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0, including new implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Experience in SAP ABAP development, debugging, and performance tuning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certification in, FICO is preferred.
