Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Trainer. The Spa Trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of therapists and estheticians. The Spa Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback. The role involves collaborating with the management and the operations team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Spa Trainer or similar role
  • Expertise in spa therapies, esthetics, and bodyworks
  • Familiarity with training methodologies and learning management systems
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
  • Certification in Spa Therapies, Esthetics or Bodyworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, or related field
