Support and enhance modules likeCore HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL . Develop and customize functionalities usingPL/SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF reports, and Interfaces . HandlePayroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and transfer to GL . Build and optimizeSQL/PLSQL objects(procedures, functions, packages, views). Design and implementXML/RDF reportsandPL/SQL interfacesfor HRMS systems. Provide support forAbsence ManagementandTalent Managementworkflows. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on expertise inOracle EBS HRMS (R12) . Proficiency inPayroll Integration, Core HR, Fast Formula, Data Conversions, XML/RDF reports, and Interfaces . Solid experience inSQL & PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions) . End-to-end knowledge ofPayroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and GL transfer . Experience withAbsence ManagementandTalent Managementmodules is preferred. Qualifications & Experience 8+ yearsof proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant withHRMS Payroll specialization .
