Job Description :


- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for IT and VOIP issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain VOIP systems, network devices, and related hardware/software.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly and professionally.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, VOIP quality, and other IT-related problems.

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.

- Document support processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.

- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

- Provide training and support to end-users on VOIP and IT Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and VOIP technologies.

- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VOIP systems (i.e, Asterisk, Cisco, Avaya).

- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

- Relevant certifications (i.e., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar) are a plus.

Educational Qualifications :

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

- Additional certifications in VOIP technologies and network management will be considered an advantage
