About the Company :We are an outsourcing firm and we provide our financial services to US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.Speaking of the strength of the company, we are a 2000+ employee organization and we are currently hiring for Associates & Senior Associates for our US domain.We are headquartered in Ahmedabad, but we have our branches in 13-14 other different cities as well all over India.Profile Summary :We are seeking an AI Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for building practical, impactful AI solutions.This role is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects in a flexible capacity.You will collaborate with senior AI architects and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools that solve real-world business problems.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement AI/ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.- Assist in building AI-enabled services, pipelines, and APIs for integration with enterprise systems.- Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation tasks.- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on model performance.- Document code, workflows, and AI solution designs for maintainability and reproducibility.- Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and help transition models into production using MLOps tools.- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques.Required Qualifications :- Graduates from premier institutions such as IITs, BITS Pilani, ISI Kolkata, or DA-IICT are strongly preferred.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI development.- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with core libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.- Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).- Knowledge of NLP techniques, time series modeling, or computer vision is a plus.- Comfortable working with version control systems like Git and cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS,GCP, or Azure).
