Job description :
- To carry out Maintenance of Instrumentation systems like PLC(RTU), Scada, Down Hole Gauges, HIPPS, WHCP, Remote operated choke valve, SDV, CTM meters(USM, MFM, Orifice, Turbine, PD), F&G system, F&A system, CCTV, MPFM, field instruments etc.
- To Perform ECHO Test on wells as per requirements.
- To Prepare Maintenance schedule and implement the same for all Instrumentation system.
- To carry out CTM meter calibrations as per required schedule.
- Prepare and Maintain Maintenance reports for each PM(Preventative maintenance), CM(Corrective maintenance), BM(Breakdown Maintenance), CTM and non CTM Calibration, echo Tests.
- To prepare scope for repair/Maintenance scope requirements. Review quote received and technical acceptance.
- To inspect material/consumables once received at site against PO.
- To coordinate with contractor as per Service contract /work order for performance of work.
- Maintain records of each Maintenance services received from service provider.
- Infuse HSE culture & practice the same at work location/field.
- Proactive participation in Mock drill, Monthly HSE meetings, Daily toolbox talk, Risk Assessment.
- Interface with field/Panel Operator/ Engineer for maintenance activities.
- Carry out Chemical pumps start/stop as per set procedure as per site requirement.
- Line lineup of electrical heaters/ bath heaters/ separators.
