Role Description

- Manage and oversee all core HR processes.

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

- Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination.

- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts:

- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

- Conducting interviews and managing selection processes.

- Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships.

- Enhance and manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

- Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.

- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.

- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.

- Skilled in Personnel Management.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara.

- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
