Human Resources Executive

As the Human Resources Executive at this Edu-Tech Startup, your primary focus will be driving our talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent. You will lead the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates. Working closely with company leadership, you will design and execute innovative hiring strategies that align with our growth objectives and culture. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering employee engagement, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with the company leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Direct and manage all aspects of the hiring process, from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Educate employees on company policies, and ensure the employee handbook is up-to-date.
- Administer and review employee benefit programs, and make necessary improvements to support employee well-being.
- Monitor employee progress and the overall company climate to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees to address concerns, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
- Foster a culture of openness and inclusivity where employees feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and concerns.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of labor laws and ensure company compliance.
- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a strong passion for HR. An MBA or a degree in Human Resources is desirable.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in various HR software to filter the right candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and approachability.
- Proven experience in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and educate department managers and employees effectively.
