Role Overview:

- As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead sales operations in the assigned territory, manage a team of sales executives, and develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.

- You will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining Parle's market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to ensure performance alignment with company objectives.

- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the territory.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock availability across the distribution network.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all sales processes and activities.

- Identify and onboard new business partners to expand market presence and penetration.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

- Proven ability to manage sales teams, drive performance, and achieve ambitious targets.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast trends and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems effectively.

Educational Qualification: MBA/Graduate in a relevant field
