Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Associate at our Gurugram location. As a Project Management Associate, you will support the management of various programs and projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering value to our clients. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analytical Skills: Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within projects, providing insights to improve project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Support senior project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Organization Skills: Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure that all project-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, timelines, and meeting notes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, internships, or related roles is preferred.
