As we scale into the next phase of growth, we are building an AI Factory to power innovation across internal products and client engagements.Role OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of AI Engineering to architect, scale, and lead our AI Factory. This leader will spearhead development of transformative AI and Gen AI solutions, manage a large multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate directly with clients to co-create rapid prototypes and production-grade solutions.This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic individual with proven success in building large AI teams, delivering sophisticated Gen AI applications, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.Key Responsibilities- Build & Scale the AI Factory: Establish a world-class AI engineering organization capable of executing multiple internal and client projects simultaneously. - Innovative Solution Development: Drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for complex business challenges across industries. - Rapid Prototyping: Lead teams to deliver functional proof-of-concepts (POCs) in 3–5 days to demonstrate transformational potential to clients. - Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and articulating clear value propositions. - Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. - Delivery Excellence: Oversee full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact. - Collaboration & Partnerships: Work closely with internal business leaders, product teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption. - Thought Leadership: Represent US Tech Solutions at industry forums, positioning the company as a leader in Gen AI-powered talent and HR Tech innovation.Qualifications & Experience- Proven leadership in building and scaling large AI/ML engineering teams. - 15+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Gen AI solution development. - Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated Gen AI solutions (e.g., LLM applications, multi-modal AI, conversational AI, enterprise automation). - Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms in cloud and hybrid environments. - Strong client-facing skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling business solutions. - Track record of delivering rapid POCs and transitioning them into production-ready solutions. - Deep knowledge of modern AI ecosystems: LLM frameworks, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, DevOps/MLOps, and security in AI systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence. - Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.What We Offer- Opportunity to build and lead the AI Factory at a rapidly growing enterprise. - Highly competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and executive-level rewards. - A culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact. - Access to cutting-edge AI tools, resources, and partnerships. - A platform to shape the future of AI-powered HR Tech and IT solutions.Why Join Us?This role is more than leadership—it’s about building something transformative.
