Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and maintain mobile testing strategies and methodologies, considering various devices, platforms, and operating systems.

2. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications, ensuring thorough and effective testing.

3. Manage and prioritize the testing process, allocating resources and time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

4. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that applications meet quality standards and requirements.

5. Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements in testing processes and application design.

6. Train and mentor team members in mobile manual testing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

7. Communicate test progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and development teams.

8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mobile application testing, incorporating new techniques and tools as needed.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile manual testing, with a strong understanding of mobile application testing methodologies.

3. Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for mobile applications. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Experience with mobile testing tools and technologies, such as Appium, Espresso, XCTest, or Calabash.

7. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
