Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of experience as a J2EE Designer/Architect with strong Core Java development expertise.

- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with J2EE frameworks including Servlet, JSP, Hibernate, JPA, JSF, EJB, Spring, and Struts.

- Preferably experienced with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB).

- Strong experience with application servers such as WebLogic.

- Working knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.

- Experience using version control systems such as Bitbucket.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description :

As a J2EE Designer/Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-grade applications, primarily within the financial domain. You will be responsible for creating scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.

- Design, develop, and enhance robust enterprise applications using core Java and J2EE technologies.

- Architect end-to-end solutions and define technical frameworks to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver quality software.

- Develop new programs and enhance existing ones to support various team initiatives and business processes.

- Contribute to technical documentation, ensure code quality, and adhere to version control standards.

- Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Work on application servers like WebLogic for deployment and performance tuning.

- Apply knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript to complement backend development.

- Prior experience in the financial sector, especially with investment firms, will be an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise Java applications in a production environment.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
