Job DescriptionJob Role: Sr Executive-AR (Finance)Location: HSR, BangaloreCTC: 5.5 LPA-8 LPAExpected to join: Immediate/7 days/30 daysPreferred: Experience in Accounts Receivable at CA Firms with Smart Personality.Preferred: CA Inter / CA Semi Qualified/ CA Finalist experienced candidates.Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue accounting as per policy – reconciliation with reports, books and Tax GL2. Maintaining agreement tracker for validations3. Review and MIS on daily balances for advising fund transfers4. Ensuring accurate recording of direct costs and rationalization5. Ensuring accurate accounting of collections and fund utilization6. Preparation of monthly P&L schedules and annexures, prepaid7. and provision entries and cost provision details/reconciliation.8. Preparing debtors and sales walk9. Preparing creditors and purchase walk10. Preparing Monthly GM and variance analysis @ SKU level11. Accurate accounting of TDS and TCS including compliance of 194 O/194Q/20612. Debtors ageing analysis and closure of aged balances13. Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation on timely basis.14. Support for Internal , Statutory and tax Audit.15. Co-ordinate with internal and external users16. Month end closure of books .Qualification: Exe: BCOM with 2-3 Year experienceSr Exe : BCOM + MBA / CA Inter with 4-5 Year experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting/statutory compliance.• In-depth knowledge of TDS (section-wise), GST, and Income Tax regulations.• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and book-keeping.• Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite or ERP systems.• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• B.com/M.com with minimum 2-4 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.Candidate Interested for the role can connect atMail Id: hr@konde.inContact: 7063534566
