Hiring experienced BIM MEP modelers for a 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire.

Job responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Manage and track model updates and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Generate detailed drawings, schematics, and documentation from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate models with other building systems.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
• Utilize laser scanning data for Scan to BIM processes, ensuring accurate integration of as-built conditions into BIM models.
• Conduct on-site laser scanning activities to capture accurate building data and as-built conditions.
• Support project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Coordinate with design engineers to gather necessary information for models and drawing generation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to coordinate tasks and updates.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices to enhance modeling processes continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma/Engineering graduate in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Knowledge of Modelling and preparation of drawings of MEP Services
• Have a good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow.
• Should have experience handling USA projects.
• 2+ years utilizing Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of preparing Revit families preferred.
• Good understanding of the design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec) preferred.

5 days working, permanent remote position.
