Company: Creatigrity Technologies Private Limited Location: 175, EPIP 2nd Phase, KIADB Industrial Area, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560066 Shift: Night ShiftPosition OverviewCreatigrity Technologies is looking for a Desktop Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills to provide end-to-end IT support across hardware, software, network, and communication systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience resolving Outlook, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and hardware issues, while coordinating with service providers and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail & Outlook SupportCreate, configure, and delete Outlook user accounts.Troubleshoot Outlook email sync, login, and configuration issues.Manage mailbox permissions, PST files, and connectivity with Exchange/Office 365.Networking & ConnectivityTroubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and DNS/DHCP issues.Monitor and maintain network performance, escalating major outages.Assist in IP configuration, subnet troubleshooting, and switch/port issues.VOIP & Communication ToolsTroubleshoot VOIP-related issues including Communicator, Access Metrix, and softphone clients.Ensure proper connectivity and call quality across systems.Hardware & System MaintenanceDiagnose and resolve issues related to RAM, hard disks, SNTP, printers, desktops, and peripherals.Perform routine preventive maintenance and upgrades.Coordinate with desktop suppliers and vendors for warranty claims/replacements.Service Provider CoordinationLiaise with Internet Service Providers (ISP) to resolve outages and downtime.Coordinate with UPS vendors to ensure power backup availability.Manage AMC vendors for desktop and hardware support.General IT SupportProvide L1/L2 IT support for end-users on applications and system-related issues.Handle software installations, updates, and license management.Monitor and report on IT infrastructure health.Maintain asset inventory, IT documentation, and ticketing systems.Shift & CommunicationProvide support during night shift operations.Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders for seamless IT support.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.Strong knowledge of Outlook, Office 365, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting.Familiarity with VOIP tools and hardware components.Hands-on with IT ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills to interact with service providers and internal teams.Willingness to work in Night Shift.
