About the Role AsDeputy Lead, Operations – Learn Labs & Women Empowerment, you will play a key operational role in implementing and managing on-ground programs focused on learning equity and empowering women and girls in rural Punjab. Working closely with the Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution, field team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across both verticals.We're looking for someone who cares deeply about education, gender equity, and rural transformation—someone with a hands-on approach and an unwavering commitment to impact.
