About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales team & Customers. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing sales operations and data management of assigned projects including, Process quotations: Upon receipt of client s RFQ, execute the quotes in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the quotes in Zoho CRM. Daily coordination with Sales Front office on ongoing matters, RFQs and orders When necessary, execute specific additional tasks appointed to you by the SSA Supervisor. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies Desired Candidate  : Graduate with 0-5 years experience in Sales Administration / Back office / Sales operations functions preferably with Pharmaceutical Company Good computer skills (MS Office) Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science/Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm/B.Tech/Biotechnology preferred).
