In this role, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions in a large-scale, enterprise environment — driving performance, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple systems.Primary Skills Salesforce Development & Customization Lightning Components (LWC / Aura) Apex Programming, Triggers, and Visualforce Salesforce Configuration & Integration Git / Version Control Systems Solution Design & Technical DocumentationSecondary Skills CI/CD Pipeline Implementation Salesforce Connected Apps API Integration (REST/SOAP) Agile/Scrum Development Practices Problem-Solving & Stakeholder CommunicationPreferred Qualifications 5+ yearsof software engineering experience, with4+ yearson theSalesforce platform . Hands-on expertise inLightning Component Development (LWC/Aura) . Proven experience serving as aTechnical Leadon at least 1–2 Salesforce projects. Strong understanding ofSalesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns . Experience working withinlarge-scale enterprise ecosystemswith multiple system touchpoints. Proficiency withGitand familiarity withCI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins). Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II)— required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Scienceor a related technical field.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce. Lead and contribute across all phases of thesoftware development lifecyclein an Agile environment. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver architectural solutions. Ensure adherence toSalesforce best practicesand maintain high code quality standards. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and connected apps. Implement and supportCI/CD-based deploymentsfor smooth and reliable releases. Create and maintaintechnical documentationfor configurations, integrations, and deployments.
