The individual in this role will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring cleanliness and setup of dining areas, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The role also entails providing exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.Qualifications Strong Food Service and Beverage knowledge to support effective menu understanding and serving skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive guest interactions and satisfaction. Strong Communication skills to relay orders accurately and address guest concerns attentively. Experience in hospitality and food service, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to varying customer needs effectively. A passion for providing top-notch dining experiences; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
