Job Title: Assistant Vice President/Vice PresidentLocation: HyderabadMode of Work: Working from Office. 6 days a week.Job Objective: Urbanrise is seeking a high-calibre strategic leader to join the Founder's Office in a pivotal role. As AVP/VP, you will work directly with the Chairman & Managing Director, driving mission-critical initiatives, accelerating business growth, and ensuring seamless execution across verticals. This role is designed for entrepreneurial professionals with a strong leadership trajectory and a long-term vision to evolve into CXO Leading new strategic initiatives and ensuring successful execution.- Working directly with the Chairman on business growth strategies.- Optimizing resources and driving operational efficiency.- Managing business development, strategy, and execution.- Collaborating with teams to tackle challenges and problem-solving proactively.Desirable skills and Qualifications:- We seek smart, ambitious professionals with an entrepreneurial background who have successfully built and run a business for at least 4 to 5 years. - Entrepreneurial Experience: Prior stints as founders or business owners immediately after college.- Educational Qualifications: Engineering and MBA from top-tier institutions (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SPJain, etc.).- Deal-Making Experience: Exposure to transactions, partnerships, or investment negotiations is a plus.- Frequent travel across India and abroad is a key aspect of this role.About Urbanrise:Founded by a visionary team of young and passionate experts from the real estate industry, Urbanrise (Formerly known as Alliance Group), one of the best builders in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, is a promising real estate brand emerging across South India from India's well-acclaimed Alliance Group who has delivered over 15000+ homes.
