Job Title: Payroll ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai (Dahisar)Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing.Department: Human Resources / AccountsReports To: HR Manager / Finance ManagerJob Summary:The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits.Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time. - Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records. - Handle full and final settlements for exited employees. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS etc. - Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for inputs like new joiners, resignations, and salary changes. - Prepare and share payroll reports and MIS as required. - Manage reimbursements, incentives, and deductions. - Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies. - Support in internal and external payroll audits.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field. - Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing. - Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, Keka, SAP HR, etc.) - Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). - Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance. - Soft Skills: - Attention to detail - Strong numerical and analytical ability - Good communication and confidentialityEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per industry standardsExperience:-2-6yrsThanks & Regards,Soni PandeySenior Human Resources ManagerDirect : 91-022 40297342 I Cell : 91-9867906351 I
