We are now looking forAI/Gen AI Product Expertsto reimagine and transform ourreplenishment function and inventory processes , driving intelligent automation across our stores in India. About the Role This role is critical to enhancing Lenskart’s replenishment systems usingAI-driven solutions . You will be responsible for building and implementing intelligent inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and assortment optimization models that ensure the right products are available at the right place and time. The ideal candidate combinesdeep technical expertise in AI/Gen AIwithbusiness acumen and leadershipto drive large-scale impact across our supply chain and retail operations. Key Responsibilities Reimagine & improve replenishment systemsby integrating AI/Gen AI-powered solutions. Develop intelligent tracking mechanismsfor real-time inventory visibility across all stores. Optimize assortment planningto ensure the right mix of products in each store, improving availability and reducing waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams(tech, product, supply chain, and business leaders) to implement scalable solutions. Demonstrate leadershipby driving end-to-end ownership of the replenishment function, balancing business needs with technical innovation. Proficient in leveraging data and numbers for decision-making Qualifications Strong academic background fromtop-tier MBA/Tech institutions . Degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields preferred. Required Skills Provenexpertise in AI/Gen AI technologiesand product development. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills . Hands-on experience in buildingAI-driven business solutionsat scale. Preferred Skills Understanding ofreplenishment systemsand demand forecasting models. Knowledge ofretail operations, supply chain management, or inventory optimization .
