Job Title: Lead Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 8–12 YearsSalary: 2.2 LPMAbout the Role:We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications, working across front-end and back-end technologies. You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help define our technical architecture and best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable and performant web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. - Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. - Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to best practices. - Design and maintain resilient RESTful APIs. - Manage and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases. - Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and champion their adoption when strategically beneficial.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong expertise in Java development, including Spring Boot and Spring Security. - Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles. - Proficiency with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API). - Solid understanding of database design with practical experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). - Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - In-depth knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies. - Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Desirable Skills:- Experience with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping our applications and mentoring a talented engineering team
