Job Title: Senior Software EngineerPrimary Skill: Quadient Inspire development Location: Hyderabad / Pune / CoimbatoreDomain: P&C Insurance Experience: 4 to 6 Years About the job:We are seeking a skilled Quadient Inspire Developer to design, develop, and implement customer communication and form solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Inspire templates, schema, and integrations—primarily supporting Personal Lines and Claims use-cases in the insurance domain. Responsibilities:Participate in requirement calls to gather functional and technical requirements.Provide effort estimates and development plans for assigned tasks.Design and implement Quadient Inspire templates, schemas, and form artefacts.Perform code/schema changes and implement form customizations.Execute unit testing and Pre-Prod (Sandbox) validations; support QA testing cycles.Triage and resolve defects raised by QA for Personal Lines forms and General Claims.Integrate Inspire outputs with Guidewire Policy/Billing and other backend systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.Prepare technical documentation and handover notes for deployments. Requirements:4–6 years hands-on experience as a Quadient Inspire Developer.Practical experience with Guidewire Policy (config/integration) and Guidewire Billing.Strong understanding of Inspire form lifecycle: template design → schema changes → testing → deployment.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in teams.Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good To Have:Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed.
