Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  2. Design, configure, and implement Oracle Hyperion Planning solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
  3. Customize and extend Oracle Hyperion Planning functionality using Hyperion Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and Essbase scripting.
  4. Develop and maintain Hyperion Planning applications, including metadata design, data forms, business rules, and security settings.
  5. Perform data integrations between Oracle Hyperion Planning and other systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and BI (Business Intelligence) platforms.
  6. Provide end-user training and support for Oracle Hyperion Planning applications, including troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business users, to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
  8. Stay updated on the latest Oracle Hyperion Planning features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of [X] years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Hyperion Planning solutions.
  3. Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Planning, including knowledge of application design, configuration, and administration.
  4. Experience with Hyperion Calculation Manager, Essbase, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
  5. Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes, as well as accounting principles.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Oracle Hyperion Planning certification (preferred).


Eligibility Criteria -

  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years's graduation).
  • Scrore should minimum 50 % throughout the education.
