Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Education : - Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)Experience : - Minimum 7 years of development and design experience in Oracle ERP with atleast one implementation in R12.2- Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle ERP Technologies- Minimum 3-4 Oracle ERP ImplementationsTechnical Skills : - Expert in OA Framework, PL/SQL, Workflows and Report Builder and BI Publisher- Intermediate skills in Oracle Forms, Shell Scripting and REST services- Basic skills in Shell scripting- Experience in Tools like SQL Developer, Oracle Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports, Postman, GitHub, Discoverer- Excellent understanding of Oracle ERP Infrastructure, Architecture and Network Topology- Ability to integrate multiple systems with ERP using various integration patterns and technologiesFunctional Skills : - Functionally hands on experience in HR Modules Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Performance, Compensation, Oracle Learning- Excellent understanding of Data Model- Ability to configure, test and support HR Modules- Troubleshoot and Resolve assigned Problem ticketsSoft Skills : - Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management (ref:hirist.tech)
