JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Managing all hotel bookings, emails, and confirmations for hotel and land services as per SLA and TAT and updating booking status on the system.
  • Management of Emergency Mobile Numbers and Customer Service Management
  • Running operations report from the system and quality check.
  • Handling on the spot escalation and offer alternative to client for denied bookings
  • Contact with hotel / supplier via email and phone calls resolve the issue within the defined TAT and SLA
  • Handling mapping issue, contracting issue, data entry, rate issue and escalate to the concerned department and take necessary follow-up on to conclusively close to issue
  • to avoid repeated cases.Line/ WhatsApp/ Skype management with agents and local vendors
  • Communicating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Reporting Manager
  • Real-time coordination with colleagues and destination offices for all on-ground, post-travel queries and requirements.
  • Supplier management and coordination. 
  • Review financial information and take decisions to promote operational profitability and added revenue generation


Eligibility & Skillset Required: 


  • 1-2 yrs. of experience in the travel industry. B2B experience will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of online booking systems and booking process.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Open to working in shifts based on Roster.
  • Meet deadlines and Out -of the Box thinking.
  • Demonstrate "can do" solution-driven approaches. 
  • Keen on learning and growing. 
  • Display initiative, ownership, and capability of making sound judgments.
