Job Objective :
We are seeking a highly experienced technical lead / Architect with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software OR Product solutions in a B2B / SAAS Based environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nodejs, Python, Javascript, Git, MySQL, Firebase, Redis, Reactjs, React Native, Javascript, etc. along with a deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Necessary Skills :
- Strong Hands-on experience on Nodejs, Python, Javascript, Git, MySQL, Firebase, Redis, Reactjs, Javascript HTML, etc.
- Cloud Computing (Basics): AWS (Good to have) or any cloud exposure.
- RDBMS: PPostgreSQL Or MySQL
Your Responsibilities :
- You will participate in end-to-end development through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and further iterations. participate in architecture and roadmap discussions.
- You will develop new features for our products and services which will provide our customers with actionable information through multiple channels.
- You will participate in the development of our back-end applications, (relational and graph) databases, data pipelines and APIs.
- You ensure that applications are running in a cloud-based environment.
- You will build and develop responsive web apps, possibly integrating visualization libraries.
- Align implementation efforts with other developers across multiple development teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists in the team to reach the shared goal.
- You enjoy rapid prototyping and getting your hands dirty.
- You are a team player and do not shy away from opportunities to help the team and product to grow.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
- B.E./B. Tech/ MCA Degree.
- Hands on expertise in Full Stack Development Nodejs, Python, Javascript, MySQL, Firebase, Redis, Reactjs, React Native, Javascript, etc.
- Good exposure to DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, AWS etc.
- Design patterns, and developer tool with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment
- Ability to solve complex CSS and JS issues with quick turn-around.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (planning, design, development, and deployment)
- Should have experience of leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with a technical and non-technical audience.
